Just look at this incredible card from Linda. I went to my mailbox Saturday and found this waiting for me. I think it is one of the most beautiful cards I've seen.
You should see this!!! The background cardstock is flocked. Then there is the gold mesh layer with frayed ends. Over that is the image and all the little fan and star elements have been set in beeswax or encaustic. This card really stands out!! Thank you Linda.

ReplyDeleteThanks for your wonderful compliments about my Christmas card! My goal was to create something totally non-traditional this year. Yes, it is a stamp from LOST COAST DESIGNS. She has the most beautiful stamps and when I saw this one I knew I wanted to use it for my Xmas card. I embedded the stars and confetti in wax and used the new tool I bought on the Tim Holtz cruise. It is the HOT WAX ART STYLUS by Suze Weinberg and it is wonderful. Merry Christmas!
