I learned a new technique - using the mosaic filter over an image used for texture creating a sort of mask. I subscribe to Photoshop Elements User and with that subscription I have access to all sorts of
wonderful videos from people with so much skill in Photoshop. This was done after watching a tutorial by Corey Barker. Check this out

Very nice! I love color so much that I seldom ever try black and white or monochrome. You have really used it to perfection.
