This week our theme for Texture Tuesday is "Look Up". I found this wonderful image I took looking
up in the canopy of a huge ficus.
I used Kim's "Celine" texture on Exclusion and the poster edges filter to get this.
I also found this image I took at the mall looking up at a decorative framework overhead.
I gave it a couple treatments starting with a Topaz preset and Kim's "cool grunge" texture on Exclusion.
I tweaked it again with another Topaz preset still using Kim's "cool grunge" texture.
I think the first mall picture is my favorite. Looks like a big storm is coming in that one.
Come on over and join us at Kim's linky party. There will be lots of "looking up" interpretations to
admire.

Ooh, great effects! I think I agree with you - the first is my favourite, but I love those grunge effects, too!
ReplyDeleteGreat images Marylin. The textures make them so interesting.

These are wonderful - I love your processing! Gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteMarilyn!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is sensational!! You've reminded me of some overhead photos I tweaked awhile back BEfore I knew HOW to tweak them!! Might find them again and play.
The tree, both ways, is humbling.
It is sure fun to see what happens if, isn't it?!
WOW WOW WOW!!!!
Love these images, exclusion is always such fun to play with and get a different perspective.
ReplyDeleteGlad to see your post again. I like your colors a lot, and especially the 4th shot, those colors really appeal to me.
ReplyDeleteI got my sensu brush in the mail yesterday, and played with it on the i-pad last night. There's a learning curve, but I love the sensitivity of the brush even when used as a stylus. You'll see next time.
Beautiful pictures, gorgeous and creative processing.
ReplyDeleteYou are a great experimenter! I've never tried exclusion. Will have to...
