Cactus Fountain

Yes, this truly is a fountain.  It resides in the yard of a friend in Tucson, AZ.  It is metal, and lethal, if you brush against it.  Lots of pointed stickers on it.  It makes the most peaceful sound.
It's my entry for Texture Tuesdays.  I've used "warm sun" texture by Kim Klassen and a cracked soil texture from somewhere - just can't remember where I got it.

The cracked soil texture was the perfect touch! It gives the photo a very rustic, earthy feel.

The textures do make it look like a painting and not a real fountain! Very nice!

I really, really like the painted look of the processing. This would look great on canvas!

Wow. The two textures together give the photo a kind of hyper realistic look. Love this!
