Relax

That's what I'm doing today......taking a break from Lightroom class.  Do you ever go to bed frustrated wondering why something in some application/program just isn't working?
That's what happened to me yesterday.
Today I've decided to relax.  For this week's
Texture Tuesday we are using Kim's new texture "Kristin".
Here's my original (which gives me a peaceful, "relaxed" feeling).
I added Kim's "Kristen" texture and played with several filters.  I cropped the image and played a bit more.

Bonnie had some great tips on her website. I got this look below using her "signed and sealed" texture. You can download it free from her site.

Have a glorious art-filled week!

Love your creations - very inspiring. Yes. Learning photography software can at times rob us of our spirit! A necessary evil to learn.

so very intriguing, Marilyn!! I like the way you played!!

learning anything new is best done gently with rest time built-in. our brains are sort of like our computers. they need their cache cleared, to BE powered down, and time to rest, refresh, and reboot.

there is a yoga lounge at the top of my street [clearly I have been in the dark about such things although Now I find myself taking it as much for granted as the bar on the next street over] and every day Gracie and I walk by it at least twice. there is a Buddha there and I am Now inspired to get some photos and play!!

enJOY!!
