I was looking in my "stash" for an image to work on and found this photo of main altar in the Santa Barbara Mission.
There were so many beautiful artifacts and art here, my friend and I enjoyed
an afternoon walking through and seeing everything.
Here's my edit for Photo Art Friday. Bonnie's Goldust Wonder texture seemed so perfect for this image
We loved this beautiful chandelier
and these artifacts.
The grounds were lovely too

Oh my I just love your edit to this already beautiful image. I have yet to learn PSE9 that is waiting for me in my computer. So I have just been using picnik, but all these wonderful textures are calling my name. Great job!

I love Santa Barbara Mission as well, Marilyn. Your photos are beautiful, I like them all, but the altered one is stunning. I agree with you that this particular texture is perfect for this photo.
Beautiful photos, Marilyn and I love the texture work! Thanks for sharing the Pixel Dust link. I was excited to find another source for textures and look forward to participating in next Friday's party! Have a blessed week!
Beautiful work on the altar! I love the old missions, but have only been to two of them-San Diego de Alcala and the Delores Mission in San Francisco. Would love to go on the mission trail. Your work is beautiful and it's a treat to visit.
